Lotte Dreyer
I have a five-year education in textile arts and design at Denmark's Design school in Copenhagen (graduated in 1994). After my design education I have supplemented my education with courses in Lectra CAD-CAM for pattern developing for the textile/fashion industry. Through the years I have worked as freelance designer, production manager, and stylist in the theatre and film business. I have also been teaching at various design schools and institutions in textile design and special effects materials for stage and film production, fashion design, draping, fashion drawing and sculptural pattern cutting, which I am specialised in. From 1999 to 2005 I have been employed as design teacher at The College of Visual Arts, Graphic and Textile Education in Nykøbing F. in Denmark. In 2002 I started a Diploma programme in: "Aesthetic, Culture and crafts", at Frederiksberg College of Education in Copenhagen, which I graduated in 2005. The last 4 years I have worked with my own art pieces which varies from textile sculptures as installation, fibre art and art clothing for exhibition various places in Denmark and Europe.
